Thank you for purchasing a limited edition membership card to Masterbeat. Your membership comes with various benefits that will soon appear in the dashboard on the masterbeat.com website. Your membership card will be found exclusively in the new Masterbeat app, available for IOS and Android. To prepare to receive your card in the app, follow the instructions below.
Create an account in the app with the same email address (shown at the bottom of this email) that you used to purchase the membership. It’s important to register an account with this email so that your membership is found and linked. Do not sign up or sign in with a social sign in, like Google, Facebook, or Apple, as those hide your email address from the app and it won’t be able to find and link your membership.
Access the app menu (tap on menu icon in top right) to view your name and barcode.
Allow 1 – 2 business days for our systems to update, then come back to the app and tap on the barcode symbol at the top of main menu to see your new membership card and level! Note your card may not appear for up to a week after your purchase. If you have a Platinum or Black card, your card will be eligible for your free VIP admission to our events in December: ROSABEL and all of our New Year’s events.
IMPORTANT: you need to log out and back in to the app after all of the steps above (and after waiting a day or two) for the membership to appear.
