HELP WITH TICKETS

When you purchase a ticket on Showclix, you are given the option of “Mobile Delivery” or “Print at Home”.

Both options send an email confirmation to your email immediately after purchase with information about the purchase and a barcode.

“Mobile Delivery” will send a reminder to the mobile phone you provided again 24 hours before the event.

If you’re having difficulty locating the confirmation email or your tickets, you can visit Showclix.com and login with your email to access your ticket purchases.

If you still have trouble, please reach out to Showclix support, and they will help you find your tickets.
