Advance tickets are available exclusively through our ticketing partner Showclix.

Tickets are available at the door to all non-sold out events the night of the event at the venue box office, 30 minutes before doors.

When you purchase your tickets on Showclix, you are given two choices for delivery:
  1. Mobile Ticket: when you choose this option, a link to a mobile ticket will be sent to the number you provided on the day of the event.
  2. Print at Home: immediately after check out you are sent a confirmation email with a link to download and print your ticket(s).

With either method you are always sent a confirmation after checkout via email.  Often a lot of time can go by between your purchase and the event, and you might lose or can’t find your confirmation.  Don’t worry, simply visit and sign in to “My Tickets” with your email and password for a complete history of your orders. Here you can always download or retrieve tickets to your events.  If you have forgotten your password you can retrieve it here.  There are also links if you need additional help.  Please contact Showclix with the various links provided on their site if you still need help locating a past order.

When you purchase your tickets on Showclix, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a single barcode for the entire purchase.  That barcode can be used for admission for all of the events and tickets on your order.  But, what if you need individual barcodes for each event or to give to others in your party?  You can go to and sign in to “My Tickets” where you can get individual tickets and barcodes for each event and purchase if needed.  If you need help with this process, Showclix offers various methods to contact them for support on their website.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. These terms and conditions are presented and agreed to before you checkout on the ticketing site. Both Covid and Monkeypox have been in the public mindset long before any current event tickets went on sale, therefore there was knowledge of these risks when the tickets were purchased.  There is no refund or credit of pre-purchased tickets if you decide not to, or are unable to, attend an event that occurs as scheduled after you have purchased tickets for it, regardless of the reason, including if you test positive for Covid (see below).  You may, at your discretion, sell or gift your ticket to a friend or acquaintance who can use your ticket if you are unable to attend.  The only exception to our refund policy is if you test positive for Monkeypox, in which case you may request a refund by sending your name, ID, proof of positive test results by an authorized Monkeypox testing site and the email address used to purchase.  A refund for the valid and positive Monkeypox test will be processed within 10 days of receipt.

Masterbeat is keeping a close watch on the recent uptick in Covid and Monkeypox infections and we are taking these upticks very seriously.

Monkeypox, although rarely fatal, is painful and contagious. As a community we can protect ourselves and hopefully contribute to avoiding this becoming a long-term epidemic in our community.  To ensure the safety and health of all guests and members of the community, we recommend if you are ill, have been recently exposed or tested positive to Monkeypox or Covid, please stay home.

Masterbeat events are dance parties, not sex parties. Please be respectful of your fellow attendees’ boundaries around physical closeness and minimize skin-to-skin contact to lower the risk of transmission. Monkeypox virus is generally spread from close contact with an active lesion (typically a pustule), as well as through contact with respiratory secretions. Respiratory secretions are not typically aerosolized, so monkey pox does not spread in the same fashion as Covid. Therefore, social distancing is not necessary. Monkeypox transmission behavior includes oral, anal, and vaginal sex or touching the genitals or anus of a person with monkeypox; prolonged massage, and kissing; prolonged face-to-face contact; and touching any active lesion anywhere on the body. If you are ill or out of precaution decide not to attend but have purchased a ticket, you can easily gift or sell your ticket to a friend or other party.

At this time, Masterbeat has joined with Circuit Mom / Market Days, Pines Party, Ticketmaster, Showclix, Winter Party and other prominent dance events and ticketing consortiums to agree to the standard policy that all ticket sales are final with no refunds, regardless of your comfort level with Monkeypox.  All current events on sale from Masterbeat were launched well after the news of Monkeypox, and you purchased a ticket with existing knowledge of the virus. Additionally, vaccines are becoming readily available to our community and provide a great defense against the virus in the rare case of direct exposure.  There is more than sufficient time before any of our events to obtain a vaccine to increase your comfort level with attending if you have already purchased a ticket.  Monkeypox is not easily transmissible if you are taking the proper cautions when in attendance and may be prevented by obtaining a vaccine prior to the event.

In the rare case you test positive for Monkeypox and are unable to gift or sell your ticket(s), you may request a refund.  Send your name, proof of positive test results by an authorized testing site, order number and email address used on the order to us at  A refund will be processed 10 days after receipt only with this information.

Symptoms of monkeypox can include fever, headache, muscle aches and backache, swollen lymph nodes, chills, exhaustion, and a rash that can look like pimples or blisters that appears on the face, inside the mouth, and on other parts of the body, like the hands, feet, chest, genitals, or anus. The rash goes through different stages before healing completely. The illness typically lasts 2-4 weeks. Sometimes people get a rash first followed by other symptoms. Others only experience a rash.

Masterbeat encourages everyone to follow the guidelines set forth by the and get vaccinated as soon as possible.

Monkeypox vaccines are becoming readily available to the LGBTQ community.  Not only do they provide immunization against the virus, they also provide some degree of immediate protection even after infection. We want all to have a safe and enjoyable weekend. For more information, please watch the short video Dr. Demetre Daskalakis made for the CDC on five things you need to know about Monkeypox.

Only if the event is cancelled or postponed due to a government order related to Covid, your ticket or pass will be refunded or honored at a future event.  There are no refunds if you personally are unable to attend an event that is occurring for any reason.

All sales are final. There is no refund or credit of pre-purchased tickets if you decide not to, or are unable to, attend an event that occurs as scheduled. You warrant that you already understand the risks associated with attending a public event in 2022 and the risks and possibilities related to covid and any potential positive test result is a risk you take when purchasing a ticket in advance. We cannot offer refunds or credits of pre-purchased tickets if you test positive or are unable to attend an event because of a personal Covid reason.  As of June 2022, the risk of covid and possible test results is understood and assumed by the ticket purchaser and the responsibility of the purchaser and not the promoter.  If you cannot attend because of a personal reason, you may give or sell your ticket to a friend or acquaintance but the ticket is not refundable from Showclix.

It is important to remember that neither Masterbeat nor the venues we operate our events at are responsible for local, city or state covid policies and regulations.  Masterbeat and our venues will follow current local government regulations for entry to nightclubs and public events in effect at the time and date the event is being held.

Please check the local city and county health regulations in place for the event you are attending, as regulations and entry requirements are constantly cahnging.
